At Independence Property Services, we excel in providing on-site training to our employees. With a customer focus and customer satisfaction approach, employees learn multiple facets of the business— from how to do the work to the importance of safety and teamwork on the job. We value our staff and believe mutual respect is gained from a comprehensive and well implemented training program, directly tied to wage increases as abilities and skills grow. Positions from gardening/crew member to crew leader to operations management are all eligible through training and continuing education.
